Not, of course, unexpected. Whilst I am not currently in a position to be able to produce commentary or analysis on this, I am bringing this to your attention.
Apart from the sheer arrogance seen in this report, the background and journey to this position of justice system breakdown - in order to provide the excuse to take radical steps - is not entirely organic.
I will provide more commentary as soon as I am able but, right now, watch the reactions closely, look at those who aren't saying anything, who haven't been saying anything in the last few months, and keep an eye on who might be tempted to capitalise on this situation in various ways.
