People must notice the problem with allowing the state to decide which trials will get a jury and which will not... which offences will be sequestered away from scrutiny by the people, and which will not...

This very framework of justice must never become the property of our public servants. Not recognising that, doing nothing about it, not calling it out whilst being concerned about your lack of freedom could probably be described as mentally deficient or intellectually impaired

Some will not like this message but it needs to be said. Watch carefully even within the freedom movement for 'Constitution deniers'.

Recent events are providing plenty of opportunities for people to walk straight into traps. The deception and manipulation is thick and heavy especially around Trial by Jury.

There is a general recognition amongst the people and the judiciary, that this prerogative is a protection for and by the people against unconstitutional, unjust or oppressive legislation - so why can we not see that it is absurd, illogical or possibly even a dastardly sleight of hand to suggest that this protection be legislated away - that the government can legislate away the people’s protection against immoral or unjust legislation!

Apart from the sheer arrogance seen in this report, the background and journey to this position of justice system breakdown - in order to provide the excuse to take radical steps - is not entirely organic.
