I have decided to make this audio conversation public (previously it was unlisted in order to be behind a gateway). (Apologies for the audio hum in the background!)
This is a profoundly important and interesting conversation with Lou in which we analyse Justice Saini's Judgement which is extremely revealing about the state's attitudes, beliefs and awkwardness surrounding the central issue of Jury Independence or Jury Equity.
The decision to (re)-release this audio lies in the fact that the topics discussed are becoming even more pertinent. Some currently unfolding events are hinting at the possibility of further dangerous manipulative moves being made by various actors and it is therefore even more important that people understand some of the subtleties behind this.
Be aware that I have taken down the original introductory video and explainer that I reference in the first minute or so.
Please do read the Description of the video on Youtube itself too - for greater clarity and further references and resources.
