Imagine how much of the nation’s spirit could be lifted if people were empowered with the knowledge that the Constitution, of which the King swore to uphold and protect (the law of the land trial by jury), not only emplaces the people as the final arbiter of law in jury independence but also, because of equity, anyone can place evidence of crimes, which includes crimes of government, before a jury of peers?

A jury is the one part of the system that doesn’t belong to the professional class. It’s the voice of ordinary people saying, “we’re the final backstop on what counts as fair.”

If consciousness cannot be shocked back into alignment with the natural order then the universe will intervene with more severe negative karmic consequences and it won’t be pretty

People must notice the problem with allowing the state to decide which trials will get a jury and which will not... which offences will be sequestered away from scrutiny by the people, and which will not...

This very framework of justice must never become the property of our public servants. Not recognising that, doing nothing about it, not calling it out whilst being concerned about your lack of freedom could probably be described as mentally deficient or intellectually impaired

So, it seems to me that what we really fear is what will the other members of our community stand-by and allow to happen to us? And, what will the other members of our community participate in facilitating? Or, what will I allow to happen to my fellow men before I stand up?
