The English Rule of Law Does Not Break Natural Law

Who is ruling over another in the arrangement we are describing? Other than the fact that man is confined to conditions of ‘My rights end where another’s begin’? The only coercion involved is when, according to the consciences of 12, it is deemed you have committed a crime? That is deliberation - careful hard discussion whilst scrutinising evidence - not whimsical or casual ‘opinion’. In that situation you are being judged by the consciences of the community. That is a Natural Law effect.

‘The King’ and the people operating in protection of the community - in particular in protection of the women and children, are demonstrating containment. The hierarchy you see cannot operate under its own volition, it merely acts as a servant to Natural Justice. It's only in alignment with Natural Law. Therefore in what way precisely would this arrangement be breaching Natural Law?

When we sometimes use the term ‘correct framework’ we are talking not about something WE have decided. This is a set of principles that you can come to discover by doing a deep dive into Natural Law. The English Law tradition contains those principles that you can’t argue with. You have no choice about adhering to those principles or prerequisites if you want harmony to result in your community. Not including those principles would ALWAYS result in chaos - even if the unraveling would take time. So what are they…

1. A recognition of Individual Rights - and that your ‘administration’ or anyone else cannot limit those rights under the excuse of ‘the greater good’.
2. A recognition of Equity (which comes about automatically when adhering to no.1) because the equity exists by the very fact that EVERYONE has individual rights then there must be a limitation on yours specifically to prevent you from limiting someone else’s.
3. That means, more broadly, you have ‘the Golden Rule’ in operation - ‘my rights end where another’s begin’.
   Extrapolating that further requires judgement of justice to occur in a tribunal in which ALL take part
4. You have a wise elder (which is what the King was supposed to be before all the distortions) who promises to act in service to those above principles and he automatically de-legitimises himself and his ‘hierarchy’ of servants if he steps outside that framework of principles.

In that way, the community has protection and a containing framework in which all are operating in alignment with Natural Law.
