Who is ruling over another in the arrangement we are describing? Other than the fact that man is confined to conditions of ‘My rights end where another’s begin’? The only coercion involved is when, according to the consciences of 12, it is deemed you have committed a crime? That is deliberation - careful hard discussion whilst scrutinising evidence - not whimsical or casual ‘opinion’. In that situation you are being judged by the consciences of the community. That is a Natural Law effect.
‘The King’ and the people operating in protection of the community - in particular in protection of the women and children, are demonstrating containment. The hierarchy you see cannot operate under its own volition, it merely acts as a servant to Natural Justice. It's only in alignment with Natural Law. Therefore in what way precisely would this arrangement be breaching Natural Law?
