‘And I do declare that no foreign prince, person, prelate, state or potentate…’ all sounds very laudable but why did it install the Dutch foreign prince then?

Those who support this Bill of Rights and say it has “constitutional authority” are either knowing traitors or speaking without perusal and knowledge of the subject. The 1689 Bill of Rights is illegal and defunct.
